The German National Team of Chefs represents the finest culinary art, first-class craftsmanship, team spirit and excellent presentation.

The team, along with its captain Matthias Kleber, participates in all major culinary events including the Culinary Olympics and the World Championships of Chefs. In these events they compete against a world-class league of culinary teams.

James Beard Foundation / New York, USA

Founded in 1986, the James Beard Foundation is dedicated to celebrating, preserving, and nurturing America’s culinary heritage and diversity in order to elevate the appreciation of our culinary excellence. A cookbook author and teacher with an encyclopedic knowledge about food, James Beard, who died in 1985, was a champion of American cuisine.
He helped educate and mentor generations of professional chefs and food enthusiasts.
Today, the Beard Foundation continues in the same spirit by administering diverse programs that include educational initiatives, food industry awards, culinary scholarships, and publications, and by maintaining the historic James Beard House in New York City as a "performance space" for visiting chefs.

The voluminous and luxurious English book Pastry in Europe is published once a year worldwide. This book describes the developments in pâtisserie, chocolaterie and confiserie from all over Europe.
