The ingredients
Weighing, cutting, chopping - you need the following food to make a delicious dish for 2 people with your WÜSTHOF knives:
- 500 g haddock fillet
- 1 small shallot
- 5 g fresh dill
- ¼ Lemon
- 20 g capers
- 30 g gherkins in a jar
- 100 g mayonnaise
- 2 eggs
- 60 g wheat flour type 405
- 60 g Panko breadcrumbs
- 2 teaspoons turmeric
- 1 tsp Tabasco sauce
- Salt
- Pepper

The preparation
With the WÜSTHOF knife you cut the fish into thumb-sized pieces. Then you bread it: Turn the fish in flour, then in egg and finally in breadcrumbs. Then put the fish in the preheated oven and let it get golden brown. While baking for about 12-15 minutes, you prepare the sauce - chop cucumber and dill, dice shallot, cut lemon and mix with mayonnaise and capers, season with Tabasco and salt and pepper - delicious fish with sauce!
