Monkfish on lemon couscous
The ingredients
Weighing, cutting, chopping - you need the following food to make a delicious dish for 2 people with your WÜSTHOF knives:
- 250 g monkfish (or white fish fillet, such as cod)
- 20 g fresh parsley
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 40 g unsalted pistachios
- 120 g couscous
- ½ Orange
- 1 lemon
- 4 teaspoons olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper

The preparation
Use a WÜSTHOF knife to chop pistachios and parsley. Then dice the garlic and mix the ingredients with oil, salt and pepper. Now you season the fish, spread the pistachio mixture on top and put it in the oven. Grate the peel of the citrus fruits, squeeze the orange and put the juice and grated peel in a saucepan with oil. Heat briefly, remove from heat, add couscous, cover and allow to swell. Arrange nicely, serve - delicious.
