The ingredients
Weighing, cutting, chopping - you need the following food to make a delicious dish for 2 people with your WÜSTHOF knives: 
  • ½ broccoli
  • 100 g sugar peas
  • 200 g brown mushrooms
  • ½ Hokkaido Pumpkin
  • 10 g ginger
  • 1 onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 200 g natural tofu
  • 300 ml coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 3 tsp curry powder
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • Salt
  • Pepper

The preparation

Your WÜSTHOF knives are ready - then get to the vegetables: separate the broccoli florets and cut the pumpkin, quarter the champions and fry them in the pan. Then fry the diced tofu in a 2nd pan and add soy sauce to make it golden brown. In the meantime, clean the sugar peas, prepare the onions, ginger and garlic and add them to the vegetable pan. Season everything to taste and serve with the tofu. A delight!
