Weighing, cutting, chopping - you need the following food to make a delicious dish for 2 people with your WÜSTHOF knives: 
  • 4 peaches
  • ½ Pineapple
  • ¼ Lime
  • ½ Mango
  • 5 g fresh mint
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Olive oil

The preparation

Have various WÜSTHOF knives ready - for the peaches, for example, a slicing knife with serrated edge. With it you can cut them into pieces effortlessly. Now cut the pineapple into bite-sized slices and the mango into pieces. Then fry the fruit in a grill pan. In the meantime, grate the zest of the lime and squeeze the juice. For the dressing, mix the chopped mint with honey, lime juice and grated lime and pour over the fruit. Enjoy hot or cold - mmh!
