The ingredients
Weighing, cutting, chopping - you need the following food to make a delicious dish for 2 people with your WÜSTHOF knives:
  • 1/4 red cabbage
  • 1/2 paprika
  • 1 stick of celery
  • 1/2 apple
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 spring onion
  • 1/4 chili pepper
  • 1/4 mango
  • 20 g pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp mustard
  • 1/2 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Fruity-fiery red cabbage salad
The preparation

First cut the red cabbage into strips with a long WÜSTHOF knife, portion the peppers, spring onions and celery before finely grating the carrot and apple. Now dice the flesh of the mango for the fruity taste and the chilli for the fine spiciness. Then finely puree the mango, chili, olive oil, mustard and apple vinegar to a dressing and season with salt and pepper. Mix everything together in a bowl, sprinkle with pumpkin seeds and enjoy.
