Removing bones and skinning meat in a professional way: thanks to the sturdy workmanship and the easily manoeuvrable, extremely sharp blade with a pointed tip, the Boning Knife is ideal for removing bones or for skinning meat and poultry. Tendons and fat can also be removed easily so it is your ideal companion when it comes to meat preparation.

Ceramic sharpening rod for dull to moderately sharp knives. The ceramic surface ensures exceptional sharpening of the blade: with just a few steps you can achieve the desired result. Ceramic Steels are available in fine and standard grit.
As these rods remove a tiny amount of metal from the knife, we recommend an additional WÜSTHOF Honing Steel for daily or weekly resharpening.
The Chinese blade shape with a new look and in WÜSTHOF quality: the Chai Dao combines the shape of a Santoku with that of a Chinese chopping knife. However, it adopts not only the form, but also the functionalities of the two models.
