We’re looking forward to maintaining our tradition during Berlin Food Week (BFW) as we introduce our new Amici series, inspired by a laidback lifestyle under the Calabrian sun. Find us on 24 and 25 September 2021 at the WÜSTHOF Chef's Table in the House of Food (by the West entrance, next to the Zoo Palast). These beautiful, curved knives represent a life in harmony with nature and celebrate love and happiness. Each knife is unique, combining a blade precisely forged in Solingen with the distinctive grain of an olive wood handle and shaped with a large portion of southern Italian passion – the ideal companion for sharing precious moments with family and friends.
Chef Francesco Contiero from Berlin’s Restaurant Richard, will run a 90-minute workshop at the House of Food, demonstrating tips and tricks for honing your knife techniques.

On 26 September, at 11:40 am sharp – join the live stream as one of our owners, Viola Wüsthof, leads an informative workshop on Cooking TV at Berlin Food Week. She’ll demonstrate how to keep our knives sharp at all times and how to have fun slicing and dicing, prepping favourite recipes – and of course she’ll be using the new WÜSTHOF Amici series
