Spicy lamb chops with salad
The ingredients
Weighing, cutting, chopping - you need the following food to make a delicious dish for 2 people with your WÜSTHOF knives: 
  • 200 g lamb cutlet
  • 400 g cherry tomatoes
  • ½ Lemon
  • ½ red onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 4 sprigs rosemary, fresh
  • 10 g basil, fresh
  • 10 g parsley, fresh
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

Spicy lamb chops with salad
The preparation

First, use a sharpening steel to straighten the burr of the blades on your WÜSTHOF knives. Now halve the tomatoes, cut the lemon. Then chop rosemary together with garlic and salt until you get a herb paste - spread this on one side of the chops, first fry the meat with the herbs at the bottom, then turn it. Then sweat tomatoes and lemon and mix with onions, basil and parsley. Arrange salad and lamb chops nicely and serve.
