GNOCCHI WITH ASPARAGUS AND MUSHROOMS
The ingredients
Weighing, cutting, chopping - you need the following food to make a delicious dish for 2 people with your WÜSTHOF knives:
  • 400 g green asparagus
  • 200 g brown mushrooms 
  • ½ Lemon 
  • 1 garlic clove 
  • 400 g gnocchi 
  • 30 g Parmesan cheese 
  • 30 g butter 
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil 
  • Salt
  • Pepper

GNOCCHI WITH ASPARAGUS AND MUSHROOMS
The preparation

Your WÜSTHOF knives are ready - very good, let's go: First clean the vegetables before you cut the mushrooms into thin slices with your favourite knife for delicate cuts and the asparagus into short pieces. Now fry the gnocchi in the pan until golden brown, take them out and fry the mushrooms in a spicy way. Add the asparagus, continue frying before you add the gnocchi again and season the dish with lemon, salt and pepper. Hmm, especially delicious with friends!
