When you choose a WÜSTHOF knife, you can expect something really special.
It all begins with the material we carefully select for making our knives.
We use a special type of steel for making knives - chromium-molybdenum-vanadium steel.
This provides the basis for the most important feature of a knife - its sharpness!
- Have an extremely high initial cutting performance thanks to PEtec.
- Maintain their sharpness for a long time.
- Are particularly resistant to corrosion.
- Are easy to sharpen.
The formula for optimum sharpness: X50 Cr MoV 15
