Wüsthof products are guaranteed to be free of defects in material and/or craftsmanship.
Any item claimed as defective must be returned to us for inspection.
Our warranty does not apply if the damage is due to what we define as normal wear, or use other than the intended purpose of the item.
Certain types of damages and/or conditions such as those due to age or improper treatment would void the warranty.
Replacements for items no longer available may be made with similar items of equal value, at our discretion.

Consumer Returns Procedure

1. Contact our Consumer Care Team on 1800 709 714 and obtain Return Authority Number if Return Authority Number is not obtained, the return will not be prioritised.
2. Complete the Warranty / Return Form
3. Once you have obtained a Return Authority Number please return product/s to our Consumer Care Team with paperwork via Aust Post.
Note: for safety reasons knives need to be wrapped very securely.
Fackelmann Housewares will incur the transportation cost of the return if the below preferred carrier is used.

4. The approximate turn around for items outside of the Sydney metro area is 1-2 weeks subject to stock availability and having a Return Authority Number.

Shipping Instructions:

Please wrap your knives securely in newspaper or bubble wrap and send them in a sturdy cardboard box for the safety of the package handlers.

Please do not send personal items with your knives that you wish to have returned – this includes blade guards, towels, and any other items used for protection.

Please ask the postal service to provide you with a tracking number.

Fackelmann Housewares are not responsible for any loss or damage in the transit process to our facility. We recommend that you insure your product. However, this is at your discretion and cost.
